Well,.. It’s that time of year!!!, and it’s beginning to look a lot like,???!
You guessed it!
As merchants and people are putting up their lights and Christmas decor, the signs and sights of Christmas are all around us. Whether you live beside that energy sucking, light polluting Griswold want to be or live beside someone with a humble presentation of a Christmas wreath on their front door, we are all showing our Christmas colors and traditions. With exception to the odd push from an eager person looking to get ahead of me to grab that Saucy Susan doll, or wading into a lineup two miles long to purchase a few amenities, Christmas is certainly one of my favorite times of the year. I appreciate any excuse for a gathering family and friends. This is also a great time of year to pull out all of those rarely used social skills. Some of my favorite pleasantries are old sayings like thank you, please, and after you!
My most favorite saying this time of year is how I will end this thought “Merry Christmas to You!”
